At RT Knits, our dedication to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values drives us to create lasting impact within our communities and beyond. In line with this commitment, we recently held a cheque remittance ceremony to support several inspiring non-governmental organizations (NGOs) whose work resonates with our mission of sustainability and social responsibility.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme centres around empowerment, wellness, and environmental stewardship—supporting those who make a meaningful difference every day.

The NGOs supported include:

Mission Verte – Raising public awareness about reducing, reusing, recycling, and composting waste.

Group A / Lakaz A – Providing comprehensive support to vulnerable groups such as people living with HIV, sex workers, individuals with drug dependencies, methadone patients, homeless individuals, and former inmates.

Chrysalide – A rehabilitation shelter offering psychological and legal support to women victims of domestic abuse or substance addiction (as well as their children), aiding their reintegration into society.

Fondation Georges Charles – A school and daycare centre dedicated to children with special education needs.

Fondation pour l’Enfance – Terre de Paix – Fighting poverty and its effects on vulnerable groups in society, with a focus on children.

SOS Children’s Village – Providing care and support to children without parental care or at risk of losing it, helping them grow into their strongest selves.

Lupus Alert – Offering physical, moral, emotional, and financial support to individuals and families affected by Lupus and other autoimmune diseases.

Fondation Ressources et Nature (FORENA) – Uplifting biodiversity, raising environmental awareness, mitigating climate change, and protecting vulnerable communities.

Link to Life – Supporting cancer patients and their families with emotional and practical care, while promoting early detection through screening and awareness.
