Premium Yarn Selection
At RT Knits, the quality of yarn is the foundation of all that we create. The different types of yarn we use include: African Cotton, Organic Cotton, Recycled Cotton, Polyamide, Polyester and Recycled Polyester, Viscose ecovero, BCI Cotton and many more.
Knitting
Dyeing & Finishing
After the fabric is knitted, it moves on to the dyeing stage where colors come to life. Our facility supports a monthly dyeing capacity of 450 tonnes. Our finishes include brushing for a soft texture, sueding for a velvety feel, shearing for a uniform surface, and singeing to remove excess fibers. Additionally, we offer finishes with antibacterial properties and moisture management for comfort as well as silicone & blooming finishes for very soft texture, and enzyme/bio treatments for a clean finish.
