BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATE

The main objective for the shortlisted candidate will be to simplify and automate processes of different department with the help of IT and RPA team. Focus will be on both internal and external processes involving our customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive)

  • Understand function of customers portal
  • Communicate with customers and assist to training regarding customer portal
  • Conduct training with employees and prepare documentation for guidance
  • Basic troubleshooting related to customer portal
  • Identify areas and prepare documentation for data automation
  • Analyse all the process and standardize actual process
  • Come up with solutions to business problems
  • Prepare documentation for RPA developers (PDD)

Desired Education & Experience

  • BSc in Management or related field
  • A professional experience of 1 to 3 years in related field
  • Experience in Textile environment would be an advantage
